She Is Pregnant For Another Man But I Still Love Her

I met my fiancee three years ago, at first she was not into me but with time she fell in  love with me. She was the only woman i had ever loved and still love. I did everything to make sure she was always happy. When I get paid, I give her twenty percent of my salary for her upkeep(I work in one of the oil rigs). We were so happy together and our love knew no bounds and I could see my kids with her. 2016 valentine I proposed to her and she accepted with joy. My own joy knew no bounds, finally I will be getting married to the love of my life. We started wedding plans, I introduced her to my family and the all liked her including my mum. Along the line she said we should take things slow so that we don't make any mistake which I agreed to it. November last year she asked me for some good amount of money to help set  her brother up  in business, I gave her the money and went back to the rig only for my friend to call me and ask me to check my whatsapp messages. My fiancee was getting married but I was not the groom. I called her to confirm if what I was seeing was true and she said she was sorry that she was already pregnant for the man. To say I was devastated is the least, I was hospitalized because my blood pressure shot up. Now she called me recently asking for forgiveness and that we could still make it work. I am confused, she still looks beautiful even though she is pregnant and I still love her very much. Please what do I do because she is coming to see me once I get to town.
