How Can I Continue Being Married To Him After All He Put Me Through

On the 16th of February 2006, i got a call that my husband has been kidnapped, i was confused, called my in laws to inform them of what has happened and also went to make an entry at the police station. Somehow we were able to trace and find the location of the kidnappers.A search was done only for the police to tell me that my husband was shot dead by the kidnappers because he refused to comply. Where is the body i asked since the search was done the next day but the police didn't have any idea. I cried, suicidal thoughts ran through my mind as i was depressed. I went to spiritual houses, any place that had ministry written on it in search of what happened to my husband. At a point i had to pull myself together, get something doing and take care of my son. On Sunday, I was at the airport trying to board a flight to Abuja from Lagos when i got a call, guess what it was my husband after 12 years! I didn't believe and requested for a video call to confirm it. I had to cancel my trip because he said he was in town and wanted to see us. Finally we met and i asked what happened. Apparently my husband staged the whole kidnap story abandoned my son and i and traveled to Spain. Now he is back and wants us to continue living together as a family. How do i continue with this marriage after all he put me through? should i accept him because of my son and forget about what happened? Please post this for me because i am really confused.
